Torre Fragatta is developed in a natural environment, surrounded by green with an exceptional climate. It is located in the exclusive area of Floresta south of the city in one of the areas of greatest value and exclusivity of Cúcuta. The construction company wanted an exceptionally strong, well designed, Aluminium profile that would provide a simple, safe secure edge for steps covered in ceramic tiles or similar.  

The flange sits underneath the tile and the top section or tread protects the riser tile and prevents water ingress into the joint gap. The top section also provides a perfect step edge with a grooved profile face for extra grip. Finally the top section has a generous 10-12mm deep front face to highlight the step edge from the bottom of the steps.

The contractors decided that the Genesis NLM123 would be the perfect profile and have since ordered 303 linea meters to be installed in Fragatta Tower in Cúcuta, Colombia – a tower block consisting of 13 floors and 41 residential apartments.
